I first heard of Daniel Kahneman a few years ago while listening to a presentation about the Marines Corps’ Small Unit Decision Making (SUDM) program. One of the pillars of the program is something referred to as meta-cognition, or thinking about thinking. I realized that I had a lot to learn about the science of decision-making so I began reading
